Ryan at Hopcraft looked after my sister and I really well, when we were arranging my Mother’s funeral. Nothing was too much trouble. The order of service was beautiful and he liaised with the church and managed the donations. Very respectful and smart with the coffin procession. I would recommend this local family business, who were fair with their pricing also.

Myself and my family decided to choose Hopcraft Funerals for our late mother & grandmother, it was the best decision we made we had an amazing service all round and the support available was incredible, the respect was overwhelming and my grandmother would have been absolutely honoured to have such a respectable service in her memory. The professionalism was second to none and I strongly recommend all these guys for the hard work and professionalism they put into their jobs.

I used the service of Hopcraft in Wolverhampton for my mom’s funeral in June 2021. My family have used the services of Hopcraft as earlier as 1981. I found their service to be exceptional from collecting my mom, arranging the funeral, on the day of the funeral and even after the funeral. They showed a lot of compassion and empathy. I dealt with Ryan who I found to be very professional, friendly, very helpful and supportive with helping to arrange the details of my mom’s funeral – nothing was too much for Ryan to sort out. For the service, I chose to have Esther Pitt, a Celebrator, to talk about and celebrate my mom’s life. Esther was professional and listened to the stories we told about my mom and delivered an amazing service – would highly recommend.

WOW what a great service we received from you. Everything was perfect from the first moment we met until the final end. Treated with utmost respect all the way. Arranging the logistics for our fire engine and motorbikes took a load off our minds. I highly recommend Hopcraft Funeral Services and would most definitely use them again if I need to. What can I say this funeral directors Hopcraft are one of a kind there so compassionate caring helpful but that all funeral directors do but I’ve never been to one that goes above and beyond like Ryan does he treats your loved ones with the upmost care and respect he talks to them as he works we requested daily visits and this was granted even through it was out of hours Ryan travelled back to open for us to see our son everyday up till the funeral day where we saw our son on the morning before the casket was sealed for his journey of memories the horses on the day were spot on we even had time outside the house to the street and visitors could pay there respect to our son after the cremation Ryan personally went and collected our son and brought him to our house which is a very personal touch

It was hard losing our son but Ryan made that journey easier to deal with I would recommend Hopcraft to any one

I have never planned a funeral, nor did I know where to turn with the passing of my mom. I was devastated I had so much to do.
A simple Google search helped me find you and I am so thankful. I have never know anyone as professional, caring, empathetic and as kind and at only 23 Ryan, you should be so very proud. You took me under your wing and guided me through everything and made it such an easy task in my saddest moments.
My moms service was beautiful from start to finish, Ester Pitt, our celebrant was amazing kind and such a beautiful well spoken person, who helped write in memory of mom some beautiful words.

After losing my 25 year old son I was in pieces and did not know where to start with his funeral arrangements.
My first contact was Ryan who helped me through the whole process. He made everything so personal and was always sensitive. If I had a query or thought about any aspect of the funeral arrangements. I knew I could call and if he didn’t answer I knew it would not be long before he returned my call. If I sent a message I knew he would return my message to answer my query very quickly. He certainly went above and beyond.
Obviously the funeral was a sad occasion but it was done in such a professional sensitive manner by the whole of the staff in the company.
The order of services provided were superb and included photos of my son. I had told Ryan my son loved Bantock park and when he sent the proof for the order of service the background for the order of service was a photo from bantock park. Yet another personal touch.
We opted for the horse’s and carriage and they were beautiful. The funeral procession arrived 20 minutes early to enable the family to spend some time with my son before we set off to the crematorium.
Because of restrictions during the covid pandemic we were not able to allow everyone to attend so Ryan organized a live webcast so people could watch the service from elsewhere.
We had shopped around for prices and found hopcrafts to be the cheapest but the level of service and customer care was superior to any other funerals I have been involved with.
Just want to say a massive thank you to everyone at hopcrafts and a special thank you to Ryan because he wasn’t just a funeral director, during this time he felt like a family friend looking after everything during this sad time

I was recommended to Hopcraft by my friend Mandy who had them to look after her mums funeral. My daughter passed away suddenly and Ryan has helped me every step of the way. So helpful, dignified, caring and very professional. It was a beautiful service also performed by Ethster Pitt the celebrant for the service. God bless all of you.

When my uncle passed away, I was tasked with the daunting experience of finding the perfect t funeral directors; compassionate yet affordable. Birmingham is the most expensive place in the UK to have a funeral, even London so after I’d contacted several directors for quotes that were near to £4k, I contacted Hopcraft, situated just outside of Birmingham and was surprised at the cost difference. But this does not reflect in their service! From my initial phone call to the service, Ryan was my contact – he would keep me updated with the coroner findings, letting me know when my uncle was in their care, helping me make difficult decisions, reassuring me that everything would be okay in such a tragic time. They even created bespoke and personalised order of service pamphlets that were professionally printed. Ryan remained very professional and gave me contact details to ensure I could reach him at any hour. As I live in Wales, he was able to accommodate Zoom calls and sending documents via post. We asked for the service to be at Robin Hood Crematorium and he talked me through the whole process – nothing was ever a problem. On the day of the funeral, Ryan walked infront of the hearse in the traditional manner, wearing full funeral wear, followed by the family limousine. I don’t know how but the drivers turned the cars around in the extremely tight cul-de-sac effortlessly. Ryan greeted us respectfully and we were chauffeured to the crematorium. The funeral directors waited and after the service, drove us to the wake venue. Everything was so professional and seamless, all staff were pleasant and personable – my family were approaching me asking which directors they were and how wonderful they had been. I would definitely recommend Hopcraft Funeral Directors; I was guided through every single step. What could have been a nightmare occasion was a send off in style, to be remembered for all of the right reasons. Thank you so much.
